The challenge:
Portfolio Display is a market leader in the manufacture and supply of display products to the automotive and promotional industry. They were experiencing major problems in their IT system being able to quickly process customer orders and quotes in Sage across their network.

Portfolio Display approached ISL Technology Group seeking assistance in implementing a solution which would improve network performance across all applications and allow customer orders and quotes to be processed faster.

The solution:
ISL designed, procured and implemented a network system supplying new HP Servers, Microsoft Windows Small Business 2008 Premium Server O/S and fast gigabit network switches. The installation was completed outside of normal office hours to avoid any system downtime for Portfolio Display. ISL liaised with the clients relevant software companies to assist in the transfer of data from the old system to the new system.

The result:
Portfolio Display instantly experienced improved performance and productivity across their network. Their users were able to process customer orders and quotes much quicker which increased customer sales and improved customer service.
