The challenge:
Ossett Brewing Company Limited are an award winning brewery who produce beers which are available in their 13 public houses locally. Their IT system had grown to the point where its availability and performance were vital to the business.
They were experiencing a lot of frustration and problems with their network crashing, users not being able to access the internet, and slow computer performance when accessing network programs.
This was impacting on their business. Their existing IT support company was not resolving these ongoing problems. Ossett Brewing Company Limited approached ISL Technology Group wanting help in resolving all their IT issues. They wanted ISL to fix their problems, provide them with a stable network system and to supply ongoing professional IT support.
The solution:
ISL carried out a full system review of the IT network system. This identified various points of failure and performance bottlenecks on the network which needed addressing immediately. ISL implemented these recommendations and supplied new cabling, internet routing, Windows 7 software, Microsoft Windows Small Business 2008 Server O/S and a dedicated server system. ISL liaised with a number of Ossett Brewing Company’s third party software suppliers to allow a seamless migration during the installation process. ISL also provided an ongoing support contract to meet Ossett Brewing Company’s business needs.
The result:
Ossett Brewing Company instantly experienced improved performance and productivity across their network. Their staff were able to process customer orders and quotes much quicker and could reliably access the internet which increased customer sales and improved customer service across their business. |
