ISL provides proactive support services for small to medium sized businesses. This is an excellent way to ensure that your systems are in good shape. Proactive support through regular engineer onsite visits and constant remote monitoring of your server systems means your business has fewer IT problems.

Our proactive systems ‘Health Check’ annual support contract can include monthly, quarterly or bi-annual visits and can consist of:

  • Server systems health check (hard drive usage, advice on data archiving)
  • Network software health check (O/S configuration issues, temp file check & removal)
  • Anti Virus software health check (update verification, system configuration at pc level)
  • Workstation health check (temp file check)

Our proactive remote server monitoring provides the following:

  • Daily monitoring of server status
  • Daily monitoring of disk space/memory
  • Daily monitoring of security errors
  • Daily monitoring of backups
  • Fix-before-fail management
  • Alert Handling in Real-Time
  • Customised alerts

Monitoring the server system in this way means we can be alerted to exceptional circumstances and potential issues well before things go wrong. In practice this means an alert is sent to our remote helpdesk team as soon as something untoward happens, which in turn lets us investigate, detect and repair things even before they have come to your notice.
