Server and network management

ISL provide scheduled Server and network management “health check” visits designed not only to support the IT Manager in maintaining the IT network but also to anticipate and pre-empt any problems that may occur.
As networks vary, we work carefully to identify the right IT Professional from our team to understand your network in depth and to then either work as your permanent dedicated server and network engineer, or alongside your in-house IT provision, to ensure the following:

  • Regular ‘health checks’
  • On-going network maintenance
  • Security Assessment, both internally and externally
  • LAN Bandwidth efficiency
  • SDSL/ADLS/Leased line efficiency
  • On-site problem resolution
  • Regular review meetings to ensure the network is optimised

The scheduled server and network health check visits can be monthly or quarterly.
