We provide a dedicated telephone help desk service to give you immediate access to an IT professional to enable a quick diagnosis and backup issue fix or to escalate for an onsite engineer call out. As we document the set up of every network system we support our IT professionals can respond quickly to a backup problem. This detailed knowledge also means we can provide full-time support in the event of illness or holiday cover.

We offer planning, setup, troubleshooting, upgrade, intelligent restore and ongoing backup support services for the following tape and disk systems:

  • Ultrium

Our backup support services are fast and reliable with the following service options:

  • 8 Hour Call-to-Fix

Hours of Cover Options:

  • 8.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays)
  • Other options available on request

Our team of qualified and accredited engineers provide an onsite and remote service to deal with backup issues.  We offer offsite backup, backup monitoring and disaster recovery solutions.

We can also manage any onsite or return to base manufacturer’s warranties on our client’s behalf.
